About the Ranch

3 bedrooms with 3 queen and 1 full bed. 4 acres backing to State Trust Land with wide open spaces and amazing views. At 3,700 feet, the climate is moderate year-round — not the brutal heat of lower Arizona.

We're 25 minutes from the Morenci mine and have plenty of parking for large vehicles and trailers. Great for contractor crews. The property is one half of a duplex-style residence with a private entrance and fully separate living space — the owners live on the other side.

🦎 We border State Trust Land and wildlife do come on the property from time to time. Adults and children should be aware and watch for wildlife.
